The Colony Club is very proud to have talented individuals on staff serving our Members to ensure that your experiences at the Colony Club are always a celebration of fine dining.
General Manager Stephen St.Peter General Manager Stephen St.Peter has been in the hospitality industry for over 35 years. A native of western Massachusetts, he got his start as the manager and, ultimately, owner of the Colosseum Banquet House in West Springfield. Mr. St.Peter spent the past 14 years at two distinguished private clubs in Hartford, CT: The Hartford Golf Club and, most recently, the Town and County Club. He brings to the Club a passion for customer service and member satisfaction.
Executive Chef Scott Sarrasin is a summa cum laude graduate of Johnson & Wales University College of Culinary Arts in Rhode Island. Before becoming a distinguished chef at the Colony Club, Chef Scott sharpened his culinary skills at the Marriott in Washington, D.C. and some of the top restaurants on Boston's South Shore, including The Barnside. Chef Scott brings his love of food to the Colony Club and makes every meal a celebration for Members and guests alike.
Club Liaison Heidi Edwards brings an extensive background in event and conference planning and management, marketing and business development with nearly 20 years with MassMutual Financial Group. She is well-versed in customer service and membership services and has the passion, dedication and creativity to ensure your Colony Club experience is more than you imagined.
Controller Pat Towson has been active in the accounting and hospitality industry for over 30 years. She has performed multiple roles within Club service at The Barney Estate, Twin Hills and Longmeadow Country Club. Combining these efforts has given her the ability to remain active and passionate about her two favorite things "numbers and people."
